(一)黄病毒和甲病毒属病毒复制包装机制:通过病毒蛋白结构和功能、病毒-宿主相互作用研究,解析黄病毒属和甲病毒属病毒的复制机制。

(二)新型疫苗的研发:以黄病毒和甲病毒为载体,研发针对新发病毒及高致病病毒的新型疫苗。

(三)抗病毒药物研究:筛选潜在的针对黄病毒和甲病毒属病毒的抗病毒药物,开展相应的抗病毒机制研究。
