蒋逸雯博士的主要研究领域为临床流行病学，通过医学大数据结合新型因果推断技术和人工智能方法，开展常见疾病的病因学研究及疾病干预效果及预后的评估。同时，致力于通过循证医学手段整合现有研究结果，从而提供更为可靠的医学证据。主持国家自然科学基金项目“基于真实世界数据的GLP-1 RA预防阿尔茨海默症的个体化效果评估及脂质代谢物的中介作用研究”。目前累计发表论文17篇，以第一/共一作者身份在Lancet Microbe、Adv Nutr、Age Ageing等期刊发表论文7篇，其中ESI高引用论文1篇。
