My research mainly focuses on the architecture and circuit level, and the interaction between them. The design and optimization goal is to boost the energy and power efficiency. My current research mainly targets the following architectures: 

-Massively parallel microprocessor architecture 

-Application-oriented heterogeneous architecture 

-Mobile multimedia processing architecture 

To boosting the computing efficiency, I have set up the following projects. These projectors currently are all active and collaborate to each others. Some powerful data anlaysis techniques such as game theory, machine learing, neural networks are intensively applied to architecture design and optimization.

Guihai Yan received B.S. degree in Electronic Information Science and Technology from Peking University in 2005, and Ph.D. degree in Computer Architecture from ICT CAS in 2010.
