个人简介
国家级人才计划入选者,国家重点研发专项首席科学家,中国光学工程学会、上海市红外与遥感学会理事。上海市青年科技启明星、中科院青年创新促进会优秀会员,中国物理学会谢希德奖、国家重点研发计划重点专项、上海市科学技术奖等评审专家。
2003年博士毕业于中科院上海技物所,英国卢瑟福.阿普尔顿实验室访问学者。主持国家重点研发专项等项目20余项。撰写Elsevier出版社手册等章节2章;发表Adv. Mater.等SCI论文100余篇,被引用2750余次;获国家发明专利授权50余项(其中美国1项)。曾任Elsevier出版社Microelectronics engineering学术期刊副主编及Nature electronics等审稿人,在SPIE等重要国际会议上20多次作邀请报告或分会主席。已培养博士生10人、硕士生16人,曾获第二届“率先杯”未来技术创新大赛决赛优胜奖、“国科大杯”创新创业大赛总决赛三等奖、上海科技大学第三届创新创业大赛一等奖、上海市优秀毕业生、中国科学院大学优秀毕业生、Excellent International Graduates等奖励与荣誉,主要就业去向:985高校、科研院所、AM世界500强企业和华为等。

微纳光场调控与探测技术研究,包括:
