目前团队正在招收对 Human-AI Collaboration、Human-Centered AI、Human-Agent Interaction 与 Agentic UI 感兴趣的硕士生、博士生、实习生、RA 与博士后。我们关注如何构建真正“懂人、会协作”的 AI,包括人机协同、用户建模、信任校准、可解释性 等方向。课题组强调高自由度与国际化研究氛围,鼓励开展具有原创性的 HCI 与 AI 交叉研究,并支持学生参与 CHI、ACL、EMNLP、ICML、NeurIPS、CSCW、UIST、IUI、TOCHI 等国际顶级会议与期刊投稿。欢迎对科研有热情、具备主动性与探索精神的同学加入,一起推动下一代协作式 AI 系统的发展。申请请发送 CV 至 mashuai@iscas.ac.cn
