刘希涛,研究员,博士生导师,国家高层次青年人才
2014年获山东大学博士学位,同年进入中国科学院福建物质结构研究所工作至今。主要从事无机光电功能晶体材料方面研究工作,聚焦光电功能导向的铁电半导体化学合成、结构调控及光电应用开展相关研究,开拓了铁电半导体研究新领域,取得了大极化强度和优异光电特性兼容的重要突破,拓展了铁电极化驱动的新型光电探测技术和器件。
近些年以第一/通讯作者在J. Am. Chem. Soc.、 Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.、 Nat. Comm.、Adv. Mater.等国际期刊发表学术论文50多篇,授权国家发明专利5件。获得了国家高层次青年人才, 福建省高层次B类人才,福建省杰出青年基金获得者,中国科学院青年创新促进会会员,福建省科协青年人才托举工程入选者,海西研究院“春苗”青年人才等荣誉称号。2023年入选Inorganic Chemistry Frontiers 的 Emerging Investigators,荣获2022年度福建省自然科学奖三等奖(4/5)。作为负责人主持国家高层次青年人才专项(中组部),国家自然科学基金(面上、青年)、军委装备发展部快速扶持项目、福建省杰出青年基金、中国科学院人才专项等项目。担任中国青年科技工作者协会会员,中国晶体学会终身会员、中国科学院青促会理事会后备委员、青促会福建物质结构研究所小组组长和青促会化学与材料分会委员(2022-2024)上海分会委员(2022-2024)。担任Green Carbon、Chinese Journal of Structural Chemistry 等期刊青年编委。

主要研究课题:
铁电半导体理性设计、化学合成及其性能的研究
铁性半导体是发展新一代光电器件的强有力候选材料,对其光电耦合效应的深入理解将孕育和产生导致重大科技变革的新现象与新材料。创制强光电耦合新型铁电半导体材料是当前亟需解决的科学难题。本人主要围绕铁电半导体材料中的光电耦合效应与调控,利用合成化学与分子工程策略将铁电极化引入具有优异半导体特性的材料中,发展具有优异光电特性的铁电半导体材料,同时探索其铁电性的产生机理及光电耦合引起的新奇物理现象,设计组装新概念光物理器件,为铁性功能材料和器件的发展奠定基础。
