刘希涛,研究员,博士生导师,中国科学院青年创新促进会会员,福建省高层次人才,福建省青年人才托举工程人才。2009年获贵州大学材料物理专业学士学位,2014年获山东大学晶体材料国家重点实验室博士学位,同年进入中国科学院福建物构所工作; 近年来第一/通讯作者身份在J. Am. Chem. Soc. (6篇), Angew. Chem. Int. Ed. (4篇), Adv. Mater., Nature Commun., Adv. Funct. Mater. (2篇)等国际期刊发表系列SCI论文,共主持包括国家自然科学基金、福建省自然科学基金和中国科学院青年创新促进会专项等多项课题研究。

主要研究课题:铁电半导体理性设计、化学合成及其性能的研究

        铁性半导体是发展新一代光电器件的强有力候选材料,对其光电耦合效应的深入理解将孕育和产生导致重大科技变革的新现象与新材料。创制强光电耦合新型铁电半导体材料是当前亟需解决的科学难题。本人主要围绕铁电半导体材料中的光电耦合效应与调控,利用合成化学与分子工程策略将铁电极化引入具有优异半导体特性的材料中,发展具有优异光电特性的铁电半导体材料,同时探索其铁电性的产生机理及光电耦合引起的新奇物理现象,设计组装新概念光物理器件,为铁性功能材料和器件的发展奠定基础。
