1. 细胞蛋白质稳态调控

致力于追踪细胞内蛋白质生成与降解的动态平衡过程,解析细胞自噬和蛋白酶体等降解系统交互代偿调控机理

 

2. 表观遗传学编辑技术的开发与细胞改造。

开发基于组蛋白修饰的表观遗传编辑技术,实现目的基因功能和表达水平调控,用于底盘细胞开发与改造。
