研究方向聚焦于大模型推理加速、存储器可靠性和隐私计算,作为第一作者或通讯作者在计算机体系结构领域发表多篇论文,其中多篇发表于 HPCA、DAC、IEEE TC 等 CCF-A 类顶级会议与期刊,并在 ICCAD、IEEE TVLSI、ICCD、ISVLSI、IEEE CALs 等重要学术会议与期刊发表论文。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目,现任CCF体系结构专委和集成电路专委执行委员。
