研究领域

1. 多组学整合研究

研究基因组、转录组、代谢组及蛋白质组学等多类型的组学以及单细胞组学数据及空间转录组等多层次、高通量组学数据的整合分析方法;通过对多组学数据的整合分析,挖掘对于癌症等复杂疾病发生发展具有重要意义的多层次分子调控网络机制,同时基于多组学整合识别全新的疾病分子分型,助力疾病精准医疗。

2. 生物分子相互作用研究

利用机器学习、复杂网络等数据科学领域的计算方法,开发生物大小分子相互作用预测模型,对复杂生物体系内发挥重要作用的分子间相互作用,例如蛋白质-蛋白质相互作用,蛋白质-代谢物相互作用进行高效预测,构建生物分子相互作用图谱,并基于复杂网络拓扑特征及具体生物学功能等系统性揭示疾病发生发展过程中核心生物分子相互作用网络。
