Dr. Jinhui LI received his Ph.D in materials science from University of Chinese of Academy of Sciences in 2017. Then, Dr. LI joined in City University of HongKong for post-doc research. Right now, Dr. Li is the associate professor of Shenzhen International Innovation Institutes of Advanced Electronic Materials, Shenzhen Institutes of Advanced Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences. The research focus on advanced package material of photosensitive polyimide for wafer level package, stimuli-responsive polymer and composites.
