  1.1  Multicolor femtosecond pulses and its application

    As high as more than 200uJ multicolor femtosecnd pulses were generated, it has been used in temporal contrast characterization and source for ultrafast spectroscopy.

   1.2 Self-referenced spectral interferometry(SRSI)

   The idea of SRSI origin from the measurement of pyramid. Sub-nanojoule femtosecond pulses were measurement with a setup smaller than a palm.

2. Light sheet microscopy and its applications

.

        Light sheet microscopy own a lowphototoxicity/photobleaching. It is promise to give a fast live imaging of dynamic processes below the resolution limit of light.

3. Optical imaging through scattering media

.

 

    We hope to find some ways to look deep into bodies. New methods need to be developed to overcome the scattering from the tissue when light is guided into bodies.
