刘军,男,张江实验室研究员,博士生导师。主要从事超强超快激光及光学测量技术研究。2007年在中科院上海光机所获理学博士学位;2007.3-2011.7在日本电气通信大学先后任博士后和助理教授;2011.8-2022.4 在中科院上海光机所任研究员,博士生导师。曾入选国家海外高层次青年人才计划,获上海市青年五四奖章和上海市优秀学术带头人等荣誉。已发表SCI论文>100篇,获授权发明专利>20项,主持完成基金委国家重大科研仪器研制项目、科技部国家重点研发计划项目、中科院装备研制项目、863计划项目等重点项目。目前主要研究方向:1)光学微纳制造技术与装备研究:2)面向先进芯片制造的高精密光学量检测技术与仪器;3)超强超快激光技术及应用
