赵三根,江西九江人,研究员、博士生导国家优秀青年基金获得者,兼任中国晶体学会青年委员和中国光学光电子行业协会激光应用分会青年委员、《应用化学》青年编委,入选中国科协“青年人才托举工程”、福建省杰青、福建省青年拔尖人才、中科院青促会优秀会员、中科院海西研究院团队百人。

2012年于中科院理化技术研究所获博士学位(导师:吴以成 院士),同年进入福建物构所工作。

近年来共发表SCI论文80余篇,含国际权威学术期刊如Angew. Chem. Nat. Commun. J. Am. Chem. Soc. 第一/通讯作者论文近20篇。荣获福建省自然科学奖二等奖(第二完成人)和福建省自然科学优秀学术论文一等奖(第一完成人);申请相关发明专利20项,其中PCT国际专利2项,美国专利1项,已获授权专利10余项。主持了国家基金委优秀青年基金以及面上和青年项目等,并作为学术骨干参与中国科学院战略性先导科技专项等,多次受邀在国内外学术会议做邀请报告。

围绕非线性光学(NLO)晶体材料这一我国传统优势研究领域,取得了系列创新性研究成果:

a) 提出了发展“无铍”深紫外NLO晶体材料的创新思路,设计合成了系列新型无铍深紫外NLO材料,其层间连接力相比现有实用晶体提高达一个数量级以上,解决了现有晶体层状习性严重的难题。

b) 发展了“强极性诱导组装”的结构设计策略,成功创制了多种新型强极性功能基团及其NLO材料,拓展了氟磷硅酸盐、硫酸盐等深紫外NLO材料新体系,实现了材料关键核心性能的提升,并揭示了其性能增益的新机制。
