研究领域

1.     人类重大疾病的精准免疫学研究

     建立了基于复杂流式细胞技术和多光谱成像技术 的“免疫细胞组学”研究平台,采用该平台系统解析健康人群和重大疾病患者体内复杂的免疫状态,鉴定出疾病高度相关的免疫细胞及亚群;再通过深入的功能探索和转录组学、表观遗传组学等分子水平的多组学研究,结合临床数据,采过先进的计算生物学整合建模策略,绘制出健康和疾病状态下的精准免疫图谱,凝炼出关键的致病机制,发现具有重要诊疗和预后价值的免疫学生物标志物,为疾病的个体化诊治和潜在的免疫治疗提供重要支撑。

*:感染性疾病:结核病、脓毒(败血)

*:肿瘤疾病:肝癌、乳腺癌

*:自身免疫疾病:系统性红斑狼疮

 

2.     B细胞的发育和功能研究

我们还关注B1B2细胞命运决定的分子机制,抗体生成的表观遗传调控机制,以及B细胞对免疫应答的正向和负向调控作用及其机制研究。
