学习工作简历

毕业于吉林大学化学系,于中国科学院获理学博士学位。曾留学德国、日本和美国。历任中国科学院生态环境研究中心研究员和环境生物技术室主任(1995-2004),中国生态学会微生物生态专业委员会主任(2000-2005),中国科学院研究生院资环学院执行院长(2009.2-2012.2),生态环境研究中心学位委员会委员(2004-2012)。现任资源与环境学院教授、教授环境微生物学及微生物实验技术。兼职国家环境保护环境微生物利用与安全控制重点实验室学术委员会委员、中国科学院青岛生物能源与过程研究所生物基材料与化学品重点实验室学术委员会委员、The ISME Journal Multidisciplinary Journal of Microbial Ecology”编委、“过程工程学报”编委、“生态学杂志”和“应用与环境生物学报”等杂志编委。主要从事微生物分子生态和环境微生物应用技术研究。目前正在承担国家自然科学基金课题“1,6-脱水葡萄糖及其激酶基因作为纤维素生物质燃烧指示物研究”和中国科学院项目“广义干旱/盐碱地区无机碳汇强度估算”关于干旱地区固碳(CO2)蓝细菌的生态特性研究和“污水资源化系统的微生物强化技术”研究等课题。
