Education

He graduated in 1995 from the biology department of Xinjiang Normal University with a Bachelor's degree; in 1998 graduated from the botany specialty of Xinjiang Institute of Ecology and Geography under the CAS with a Master of Science degree; in 2002 he graduated from ecology specialty of Shenyang Institute of Applied Ecology under the CAS with a degree of Doctor of Science.


Experience

   
Work Experience
From 1998 up to now he has been working at our Institute. Now he is research fellow, academic/degree evaluation committee and doctoral/master tutor of our Institute and head of research office of biodiversity. In 2001 he was appointed associate research fellow and in 2003 promoted to research fellow,mainly engaged in the research on plant ecology in arid zone and desert biological crusts.
