1991年7月至今在中科院兰州化学物理研究所工作。 
现任中科院兰州化学物理研究所课题组组长、研究员、博士生导师。
2021年入选“甘肃省领军人才(第一层次)”。  
2021年、2022年入选爱思唯尔(Elsevier)“中国高被引学者”榜单。
