         主要从事智能机器人、机器视觉以及机器人智能控制等方面的研究工作。国家自然科学基金项目“基于局部环境感知的自主移动机器人仿人化人体隐匿跟踪技术研究”负责人、国家自然科学基金项目“基于鱼眼视觉的移动机器人运动估计及其视觉伺服控制研究”负责人、863 项目“动态不确定环境下多机器人协调围捕控制”子课题和863 重点项目“老人/残障者智能型室内助动系统研制开发”子课题负责人;863 项目“新型高性能低功耗通用机器人控制与传感器系统”、863 项目“密封放射源自动检测机器人系统产品开发”、863 项目“足球机器人关键技术研究”、国家自然科学基金项目“虚拟外科手术系统中的人机接触交互技术”的主要参加者,发表论文60 多篇,申请发明专利7 项,专著1 部。
