研究领域
基于MALDI-TOF MS以及LC-MS/MS等软电离质谱,发展分子指纹图谱采集、化学标记时空蛋白组学、多组学联合分析等质谱分析新技术,以此寻找、鉴定疾病标志物分子并获取关键蛋白翻译后修饰等信息, 结合人工智能方法分析挖掘关键质谱信息,开发可用于细菌感染以及恶性肿瘤早期筛查或诊断的快速高通量方法,探究耐药性形成机制及阻断方法。
