朱磊:研究员,博导,国家科技专家库专家,2003年本科毕业于中国科学技术大学电子信息科学与技术专业,2008年博士毕业于中科院上海技术物理研究所物理电子学专业。作为项目负责人和主要参与人,完成国家自然科学基金、国家高技术计划、国家前沿创新计划等项目10余项,在国内外重要学术刊物和国际会议上发表论文20余篇,申请专利10余项,其中授权发明专利7项。指导和协助指导硕士、博士研究生10余名。
