研究领域
源于中药的天然药物分子合成与结构优化:
以中药中已知或新发现的活性化合物为基础,结合生物药理靶向活性筛选手段,通过人工合成、合理药物设计进行活性分子的结构优化,确立活性化合物与靶点间的构效关系,为临床前及临床研究提供候选化合物,最终实现中药新药的创制。
