水循环遥感研究室 主任
遥感与数字地球全国重点实验室
主要从事水圈科学和对地观测研究,在滦河流域等地区开展了数次具有国际影响力的遥感综合试验,发展了土壤—植被—冰雪多介质相互作用的主被动微波遥感机理模型,提出了自主知识产权的地表冻融态判别式算法和土壤水多通道协同反演算法,构建了水文水资源关键要素定量遥感产品体系,在水利、气象和海洋等国家级卫星遥感应用部门实现业务运行,直接支撑了我国全球水循环观测卫星和陆地水资源卫星的设计论证。
