我们运用长光程液体波导营养盐自动分析仪①、水下滑翔机②等先进技术,实时监测海洋环境中的生源要素。同时,通过先进的海洋原位观测技术,例如沉积物捕获器③、浮游生物原位成像仪④、流式细胞仪⑤、流式成像仪⑥和高通量测序技术⑦等,对海洋微生物群落及其生态过程对碳汇的影响进行调查。我们还运用高分辨率质谱/色谱联用仪⑧和核磁共振谱学等分析化学技术,对调控碳汇潜力的海洋生源有机碳分子进行表征和定量(详见下图)。
我们关注海洋微生物驱动的生源要素和生源有机物的空间分布和变化,以及它们在海洋生物碳汇中的功能(详见示例)。相关研究成果被Nature子刊(doi: 10.1038/nchem.2829)等期刊引用,为海洋科研机构、碳汇管理与气候变化研究机构、环保监测机构、海洋生态修复公司和海洋资源开发与管理领域提供科学依据和技术支持。
