致力于为“未来芯片”提供核心材料和物理基础,主要方向为新型人工量子材料的界面调控与多自由度表征。利用先进物理气相沉积技术(off-axis sputter,laser-MBE)实现材料的原子级构筑,利用依托同步辐射等大科学装置的先进X-射线谱学技术(XAS/XLD/XMCD,RIXS,IXS等)实现晶格-电荷-轨道-自旋的多自由度表征,进而推动原型量子器件的发展。

每年招收研究生 2-3 名,材料科学或凝聚态物理专业。欢迎同学们来做本科毕业设计、交流访问、攻读硕士/博士学位。
