研究领域

   主要研究领域为火焰喷射裂解法(FSP)和磁控溅射(SP)法制备先进功能催化材料,对催化过程进行原位同步辐射XAS技术表征,研究反应过程机理,首次构建温和条件下铜基催化剂上金属-载体强相互作用,开拓新材料在汽车尾气净化、CO/CO2加氢制醇、低温制氢、酯加氢等方向的应用。

FSP法是一种具有广阔前景的快速制备纳米结构材料的方法,无需后续焙烧处理,制备过程中有机前驱体经过瞬间高温燃烧分解形成高分散的纳米颗粒,使得该纳米颗粒具有特殊性质,如新型的组成、形貌、结构、晶相等,还可制备得到氧化物形成过程中的中间态物种(亚稳态),具有更高的活性。另外,该方法在精确控制金属-载体相互作用方面显示出了极大的优势,可用于设计和构建传统方法难以获得的新型催化体系,具有极强的拓展性和应用前景。

SP法是一种罕见的催化剂制备技术,我们拥有国内唯一技术和设备,该技术具有改变金属电子结构的能力,不同于传统催化剂中采用载体或助剂等改性活性金属的间接方法,我们采用SP法可直接改变金属的化学性质,从而表现出非常规的催化性能,所研制的高温稳定的铜催化剂突破了现有应用极限,创新性强,具有广阔应用前景。

        Her current research focuses on the advanced catalytic materials synthesized by flame spray pyrolysis (FSP) and sputtering (SP) method. FSP process is a highly promising and versatile technique for the rapid synthesis of nano-stuctural materials without subsequent calcination treatment. The combustion of the aerosol at high temperature followed by rapid quenching produces dispersible nano-sized oxide powders with special properties, such as novel phases, compositions, morphology and metastable structures. SP technology is a new solvent-free catalysts synthesis method, where atomic metal was supptered by high energy Ar ion and loaded on the surface of supports. The electronic structure of metal atoms can be reconstructed by the bombardment of high-energy plasma during the process of SP, while the disorder of crystal lattice of oxides will be enhanced by quenching from extremely high temperature in FSP synthesis. The combination of the two synthesis process is a powerful technology for regulation the metal-support interactions in a wide range. This strategy can be applied to the design and fabrication of novel catalysts which may not be easy accessible by conventional processes.
