1、甲壳动物基因组学
虾蟹等重要经济型甲壳动物以及进化关键节点甲壳动物基因组的测序、组装、注释和解析,通过比较基因组学挖掘独特基因组结构特征以及独特生物学表型的遗传特征。
2、甲壳动物环境适应性进化研究
通过多组学手段研究甲壳动物应对不同环境压力的遗传适应机制,通过比较组学分析解析甲壳动物适应性进化和趋同进化的遗传机制。
3、功能基因挖掘
通过各种生物学实验手段挖掘甲壳动物环境适应相关关键功能基因,并进行功能验证。
