聚焦AI驱动的单细胞多组学整合分析,致力于新型抗体偶联药物(ADC)的理性构建与抗肿瘤机制探索,以推动恶性肿瘤的精准诊疗。通过单细胞转录组、蛋白质组及空间组学技术,系统解析恶性肿瘤的高分辨率细胞社群分型与免疫微环境异质性,精准刻画与肿瘤进展、转移和耐药相关的致癌信号通路及免疫逃逸机制,进而鉴定具有高度肿瘤选择性的膜表面新靶点。
