Research Areas
In response to the urgent engineering demands of high-power energy storage/transmission, high-voltage insulation, and microwave communication, her research focuses on composition design, fabrication, performance regulation, and physical effect investigation of ceramic materials.
She took the lead in developing a series of ultra-high voltage, high-temperature resistant, and highly reliable dielectric ceramic materials and devices in China, with overall performance reaching the internationally advanced level.
She has published nearly 100 SCI papers in journals including Chemical Engineering Journal, Journal of Advanced Ceramics, Journal of Materials Chemistry C, Applied Physics Letters, Journal of Applied Physics, Journal of the European Ceramic Society, and Journal of the American Ceramic Society. As first author, her single most cited paper has been cited over 150 times.
She has been granted 18 Chinese invention patents in total, among which 8 are as the first inventor, together with 2 authorized U.S. patents as the first inventor.
Experience
From 2003 to present, she has been working at the Shanghai Institute of Ceramics, Chinese Academy of Sciences.
She has undertaken a number of research projects, including the National Natural Science Foundation of China, sub-projects of the National Key Basic Research Program (973 Program), the Natural Science Foundation of Shanghai, Science and Technology Innovation Projects of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Frontier Projects of the Knowledge Innovation Program of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, commissioned development projects from the China Academy of Engineering Physics, and enterprise-commissioned R&D projects.
