研究领域

1.新型光电功能材料的设计合成、结构解析、性能表征和构效关系研究;

2.具有重要应用价值的大尺寸高质量光电功能晶体生长工艺研究;

3.以非线性光学晶体为核心器件的激光频率转换技术研究。


  长期致力于新型光电功能晶体的结构设计、晶体生长和应用研究。取得的创新成果有:发明BaGa4Se7(BGSe)、BaGa2GeSe6等性能优秀的实用化新晶体,能高效利用商用1µm光源泵浦输出中远红外激光,获得国际同行高度重视;突破布里奇曼法晶体生长关键技术,获得大尺寸高质量的BGSe晶体;基于BGSe晶体,研制出多种宽波段、高功率红外激光器,并应用于商业光谱仪研制。近几年在J. Am. Chem. Soc.,Angew. Chem.- Int. Ed, Chem. Mater., Optics Letters 等期刊发表通讯作者论文100多篇,授权专利20多项。
