研究领域
利用生物信息学和化学信息学,开发和优化药物筛选模型,进而开展现有药物的药效学再评价、毒副作用机制和预警研究,以及现有药物的二次开发研究。曾开发10个基于靶点的药物筛选平台,其中包括首个针对 HCMV terminase 的药物评价筛选平台,获得 NIH资助 300 万美元开发 HCMV terminase 抑制剂。在药物筛选领域发表 SCI 文章 50余篇,i10指数30。作为主要执行人完成了美国NIH项目、香港卫生署项目等多个药物研究项目。回国后主持国家自然科技基金、广东省自然科技基金和高水平医院登峰计划以及深圳市科创委项目。现为国家自然科技基金评审专家,深圳市海外引进高层次人才,深圳南山区领航人才。
