Research Interests
1) Better understand soil erosion processes and mechanisms, towards more accurate prediction models supporting optimal erosion control practice implementation;
2) Evaluate the rapid global change (both natural and anthropogenic) impact on water erosion, especially in hotspot regions, serving for policies making.
3) Toward building better hydrological extreme events (flood and drought disaster) monitoring and forecasting systems, supporting disaster risk mitigation.
