As a postdoctoral researcher at Osaka University in Japan, expertise has been developed in collagen-based tissue engineering materials, with training received from a leading expert in applied physics. Advanced techniques for controlling collagen spatial orientation and micro/nano structures have been pioneered. Over 20 papers have been published in SCI journals, alongside the acquisition of one national invention patent and two Japanese patents, establishing a strong academic and professional foundation. Currently, over 10 million RMB in research funding supports roles in key projects, including National Key R&D Program and the Beijing Youth Science Foundation.
Research efforts address critical challenges in tissue engineering, including application translation barriers, suboptimal clinical outcomes, and low tissue repair rates. In-depth studies have been conducted on the composition and interactions within cell microenvironments under both physiological and pathological conditions. Based on these insights, novel design strategies for collagen-based biomimetic materials have been proposed. Through precise regulation of complex microenvironment components and micro/nano structures, an innovative tissue engineering technology system has been established to enhance tissue regeneration and repair. This work further provides a theoretical foundation for integrating tissue engineering with drug delivery applications and offers essential technical support for the clinical translation of significant laboratory findings.
