工作经历

1986-现在,中国科学院地球化学研究所,1990年6月—1991年9月,曾以成矿构造地球化学研究为题获英国皇家协会奖学金到伦敦帝国理工科学院地质系(Department of Geology, Royal of Mines, Imperial College of Science Technology and Medicine, University of London)访问学习。2008年3月-2009年3月,印度尼西亚合作科研。现任研究员,博士生导师,主要从事矿床地质地球化学和成矿预测以及成矿实验研究,先后承担和完成了国家自然科学基金资助项目、国家自然科学基金重点资助项目、中国科学院“七.五”和 “八.五”重大科研项目,作为首席科学家之一,承担了十一五国家科技支撑项目课题《滇黔桂卡林型金矿综合勘查评价技术与示范研究》。取得了一些科研成果,到目前为止,在国内和国际学术会议和学术期刊上以第一作者发表论文数十篇,参加编写学术专著3本。多次获国家、科学院和省部级科技成果奖及个人荣誉奖。通过从事的科研工作,对一些元素的迁移富集规律和一些矿床类型的形成机制进行了探讨,丰富了矿床学研究理论,并对一些研究区的矿产资源形成与分布加深了认识,为其开发与寻找积累了资料和理论指导,具有一定理论和应用价值,多次获国家、科学院和省部级科技成果奖。

1).《贵州水银洞超大卡林型金矿成矿机制研究及成矿预测》获2009年贵州省科学技术进步奖二等奖,排名第一。
2).《构造地球化学(构造与成矿)实验研究成果》获1990年贵州省科学技术进步奖二等奖,获得证书,排名第四。
3).《贵州丹寨水银厂矿田微细粒浸染型金矿地质地球化学研究》获1998贵州省科学技术进步奖三等奖,获得证书,排名第三。
4).获“1997年度中国科学院方树泉青年科学家奖”。
