肖远胜,男,博士,1973年生。1995年毕业于湖南科技大学,2004年在大连化学物理研究所获得博士学位,留所工作至今。现主要从事中药等复杂体系高通量纯化制备及其方法学研究。
个人兴趣主要集中在发展复杂未知体系的二维正交分离评价方法和目标性高效化合物纯化制备。发展未知体系多维制备结果预测及优化方法,提高对未知复杂体系分离分析行为的预测,实现高通量制备的效率和提高其制备组分的实际应用价值。针对中药化合物的物化特征甚至活性特征,发展高效的标准品、对照品及基准物的制备方法与技术,提高高通量制备效率,并建立相应的活性化合物制备方法。
在工作以后,用BCB完成了复杂体系液相条件保留时间预测软件的设计与开发,以Python言语完成了液相分离紫外与质谱等二维及三维数据的处理脚本开发,并以Php言语完成了实验室电子实验记录本的开发和应用。熟悉Waters和Agilent等国际大公司主流液相及质谱的基本原理和构造,并根据具体实验进行实验平台的改造和搭建,以满足实验要求。
通过申请和主持国家863项目及十一五专项等项目共3项,结题3项。主持国家自然科学基金2项,结题1项,在研1项。其它参与项目多个,负责并完成多个横向项目。发表学术论文数十篇,申请或获得专利多项。

研究领域
以中药化学成分信息表征为目标,通过系统分离与高效纯化,建立中药化学成分液相分离、结构表征和生物学表征等多维信息综合的中药化学成分信息数据系统。通过数据信息挖掘工具,以质量控制为突破口,形成特色中药研究线路。
1. 中药化学成分分离分析研究
研究中药等复杂体系的分离分析方法及中药化学成分的高通量制备。开展中药化学成分目标制备、系统制备与纯化研究。
2. 基于数据库的中药化学成分信息研究
