研究领域

1.  非共价结合导向的、生物兼容的选择性化学新转化的发展,尤其是针对蛋白质上广泛存在的羧基、羟基、氨基、巯基等官能团的高效成键反应的开发。

2.  多元杂环类化合物的不对称模块化构建方法,并对积累的化合物库进行化学蛋白组学筛选,寻找新的致病靶点和活性化合物。

​3.  针对K-Ras 各类变异蛋白等“难成药”靶点的共价抑制剂的开发。
