长期从事射频技术和加速器先进光源研究，研究内容涉及超导射频技术研究、自由电子激光装置的 rf 设计、紧凑型直线对撞机（CLIC）加速结构的设计与测试研究等。

参与了硬X射线自由电子激光装置项目、欧盟Horizon 2020研究计划（CompactLight自由电子激光装置概念设计）、CLIC研究项目和国家自然科学基金项目。

招收1~2名博士生和博士后，欢迎对粒子加速器、射频超导技术和大科学装置等感兴趣的同学报名，欢迎有工程物理、核科学与技术、核工程与核技术、物理学、电子工程等相关背景的同学加入。
