工作经历

长期从事天然产物糖化学、糖生物学及糖类药物(含农药)的研发,尤其在多糖及寡糖类活性天然产物的分离纯化、结构修饰、寡糖纯化、活性筛选评价及其药理学作用机制等研究方面具有一定的专业特长,积累了较为丰富的经验,取得了系列原创性成果。应用基础研究方面,专长于多糖及寡糖类创新药物的纯化制备工艺、半合成修饰、原料药小试中试的工艺优化、结构确证及质量研究等药学研究,以及药代药效等初步的成药性评价。

以第一作者或通讯作者(含共同通讯)在PNAS, Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., Eur. J. Med. Chem., Carbohydr. Polym., J. Biol. Chem.及 Chem. Eur. J.等天然药物领域SCI期刊上发表研究论文25篇。以2020年JCR计总IF值大于200,其中IF>9 有8篇,中科院期刊分区一区10篇,这些论文均聚焦于聚糖制备、结构解析及药理机制阐明,为创新候选药物的发现和药学研究提供了科学理论依据及奠定了关键技术基础。目前,全部论文被  Chem. Soc. Rev., Med. Res. Rev., J. Med. Chem.及Anal. Chem.等国际SCI杂志引用达1000余次(Web of Science 2021.6.15检索数据),并获得国内外研究领域专家学者的肯定,2019年9月当选中国化学会首届糖化学专业委员会委员。作为主要发明人申请国内外发明专利23件,获授权11件,获美国、欧洲、日本、澳大利亚等授权专利8件。作为核心骨干,参与完成的国家一类新药LFG实现技术成果的企业转化,现已获得美国FDA批准进入临床研究阶段

受邀为国际SCI学术期刊European Journal of Medicinal Chemistry, Food Chemistry, Carbohydrate Polymers, Food and Chemical Toxicology, Marine DrugsInternational Journal of Biological Macromolecules等杂志的审稿人。
