研究领域

主要研究方向为病毒功能基因组学. 近期主要研究杆状病毒口服感染的分子机理、新疆出血热病毒的致病机理、病毒的分类进化等。

胡志红,女,博士,研究员,1986年获武汉大学病毒学专业学士学位,1989年获中国科学院武汉病毒研究所理学硕士学位,1998年获荷兰Wageningen Agriculture University(现Wageningen University)病毒学专业博士学位。曾人选国家万人计划领军人才,新世纪百千万人才工程国家级人选,中国科学院“****”入选者,国家杰出青年基金获得者。兼任中国微生物学会理事、中国微生物学会病毒学专业委员会副主任委员;《科学通报》、《中国病毒学》、《病毒学报》等编委。长期从事病毒学特别是系统病毒学,主要研究病毒与宿主相互作用的分子机理,及其在生物技术中的应用。目前主持国家重点研发计划项目(政府间国际科技创新合作重点专项)、国家自然科学基金创新群体项目及面上项目、中国科学院战略先导性专项(B类)、中国科学院前沿科学重点研究项目、湖北省科技条件平台建设等在研课题,主要研究方向为蜱传布尼亚病毒的感染及致病机理、杆状病毒的感染机理、杆状病毒载体系统的理性设计与人工合成等。在Science、Cell Research、 PNAS、PLoS Pathogens、Journal of Virology、ACS synthetic biology等学术期刊发表论文200余篇,其中,SCI源论文150余篇,获授权专利13项。代表论文:J. Virol. 84:7233–42;81: 9377-85。曾荣获中国科学院青年科学家二等奖,湖北省自然科学一等奖、中国青年五四奖章、全国“三八红旗手”、全国“巾帼建功标兵”、中国科学院优秀研究生导师、中国科学院十大杰出妇女等荣誉称号。
