国际合作经历

2007.6-2007.8,赴意大利INFN, Frascati实验室,合作完成8通道GEM探测器前端读出芯片的设计。

2008.2-2008.8,赴法国奥赛直线加速器实验室,合作完成16通道光电倍增管ASIC读出芯片PARISROC的设计工作,该芯片已于PMm2 项目中得到实用,并成为LHASSO项目地面阵列读出电子学的主要候选芯片。

2010.10-2011.3,赴法国马赛粒子物理中心实验室,参加ATLAS像素探测器升级国际合作,合作完成3D像素读出芯片FEC4-P3的设计、仿真和调试,并独立完成关键模块—全局刻度单元的设计和测试,芯片各项指标均满足应用要求。

2011.10-2012.1,再次赴法国马赛粒子物理中心实验室,参加ATLAS像素探测器升级国际合作,进行3D像素读出芯片FETC4-P2 的设计、仿真和版图工作,并独立完成关键模块低功耗像素单元的设计。

2015.4~2015.6,在德国Juelich研究所电子学组合作交流,参加江门中微子实验ADU芯片合作设计
