课题组面向人类重大致死性疾病（如癌症、遗传病等）治疗中的关键科学问题，针对当前小分子药物、生物大分子（mRNA和蛋白质）等体内递送存在的问题与挑战，运用化学、材料学、生物学、医学等多学科交叉，设计研发新型纳米递送技术平台，通过筛选和优化递送载体，在提高药物负载能力、改善体内稳定性、增强内涵体逃逸等方面开展深入研究，旨在对威胁人类生命健康的重大疾病治疗提供新方法和新思路。
