研究领域

国家杰青、国家优青、浙江省万人计划获得者。现任中科院宁波材料所所属材料技术所所长,中国科学院大学宁波材料工程学院材料教研室主任。

主要从事PVD/CVD表面强化涂层材料与功能改性技术领域的研究。自主研制8台先进镀膜装备,发展出系列强化防护涂层新材料,突破强结合均匀关键制备,打破国外技术垄断,支撑国家深海、空天、制造高技术领域发展,实现产业示范应用引领发展。获宁波市科技进步一等奖(排名1/11)、宁波市高价值专利大赛金奖(核心发明人,排名2/5),合作成果获江西省科技进步二等奖(排名2/13)、中国产学研创新合作成果优秀奖(排名1/11)、中国机械工程学会绿色制造二等奖(排名2/12)。近期带领一支58人的研究团队,主要开展海洋空天极端环境用的先进涂层/薄膜材料设计制备、力学、摩擦学、电化学等性能调控,及其相关表界面基础理论与应用技术研究。重点包括:

1)涉海高安全防护涂层材料与应用技术;

2)碳基功能薄膜材料与应用技术;

3)PVD等离子体放电基础理论与功能改性。

获得国家自然科学基金委杰出青年基金、优秀青年基金资助,入选浙江省万人计划科技创新领军人才、浙江省新世纪151人才第一层次、宁波市领军和拔尖人才第一层次(结题优秀、A类特优人才)。获得浙江省优秀科技工作者、宁波市优秀留学人才、宁波市最美科技追梦人,宁波市科技进步一等奖(排名第1)、宁波市高价值专利大赛金奖(核心发明人),产学研合作工作获中国产学研合作成果优秀奖(排名第1)、中国机械工程学会绿色制造科技奖二等奖(排名第2)、江西省科技进步二等奖(排名第2)、企业最佳技术合作奖、及多次中国腐蚀与防护学会优秀论文奖等。作为女性学术带头人,获浙江省首批巾帼科技创新工作室、全国巾帼建功标兵称号、中国女科技工作者社会服务奖、宁波市巾帼科技人才奖。

在材料科学与表面工程领域主流期刊Carbon、Corrosion Science等发表论文170余篇,申报发明专利135件(PCT 4件),授权发明专利81件,5项成果获转化应用。主持国家973课题、两机专项课题、国家基金、中科院重大装备研制、中科院卢嘉锡国际创新团队等20余项重点项目。与10余家企业建立长期紧密合作,为企业核心竞争力提升和区域产业高质量引领发展做出重要贡献,经济和社会效益显著。
