工作经历
1973年6月出生于西安市,1996年6月毕业于西北大学化学系并取得学士学位,2002年3月毕业于中国科学院长春应用化学研究所并获得理学博士学位。毕业后留所工作,历任研究员、实验室副主任和科研二处处长,2019年作为团队负责人加入宁波材料所。作为项目负责人和骨干先后承担国家自然科学基金委重点基金和面上项目、工信部项目、科技部973项目、中科院A类先导项目子课题、浙江省重点研发计划项目、吉林省青年基金项目、长春市科技局项目、宁波市3315创新团队项目等项目30多项,经费总额超过7000万元。长期从事改性氰酸酯树脂、聚酰亚胺树脂及其复合材料、聚酰亚胺透明薄膜等材料的应用基础研究工作,解决了困扰我国多年的聚酰亚胺复合材料成型工艺和耐温等级之间矛盾的难题。近年来在主流国际期刊发表学术论文60多篇,申请的专利40多项,其中已授权专利10多项。曾获长春市“有突出贡献专家”奖励和国防科技进步二等奖,先后在中日双边会议、中国复合材料学术年会、高分子学术会议等多个国内外做口头报告。现任中科院第二届共性领域专家组成员、SAMPE中国理事。获得中国发明专利12项,发表了70多篇论文。获得长春市2009年“第二届百名优秀科技工作者”和2012年“第五批有突出贡献专家”称号。2011年获得中航集团科技进步一等奖和省部级进步二等奖。
