王鹏,男,1989年生,国家优秀青年基金获得者,中科院青促会、中国科协青托等人才计划入选者,主要从事红外探测机理、器件与应用研究。
以第一、通讯作者在Nature Communications、Science Advances、Advanced Materials、Light: Science & Applications、IEEE Electron Device Letters 、IEEE Transactions on Electron Devices 等期刊发表SCI论文30余篇,共发表SCI论文100余篇,累计引用10000余次,多篇论文入选ESI热点高引论文,h因子54。
担任国内外会议红外领域分会主席、专题程序委员。
主持国家自然科学基金委、中科院、上海市科委等项目10余项。
