以药用植物为研究对象,利用基因组学、代谢组学、生物化学、分子生物学方法和手段,解析具有重要药用价值的植物次生代谢物的生物合成和调控机制,通过代谢工程和遗传改良对植物代谢途径的定向调控,培育优质药用植物新种质。
