Research Areas
Mainly based on the scanning probe microscopy (SPM), to utilize the relevant modes and improve their capabilities in dissecting the distributional characters that closely related with the performance of photoelectric materials and device structures.
2. Micro-scale physics of optoelectronics in quantized system
By probing the electrons (holes) in individual confined structures, to study the quantized states they populate and the photon-electron interaction in low-dimensional systems.

Experience
Started as a postdoctoral researcher,then as an associate professor from 2006 and a professor since 2012, Study the distributional character of electrical and optoelectronic properties of semiconductor material and devices with a multi-mode scanning probe microscopy (SPM), grow low-dimensional semiconductors with a molecular beam epitaxy (MBE).
2000~2002: Institute of Physics, Tsukuba University, Ibaraki, Japan
As a non-full time researcher, study the structural and electrical property of metal films prepared with atomic evaporation and sputtering cluster source.
