研究领域
研究方向集中在集成光电子芯片领域,主要包括两个方面,一是面向硅基光电子集成的硅基片上激光的材料与器件研究,一是面向高性能计算的光互连芯片研究。主要学术贡献包括实现了世界首例高性能锗基以及硅基低阈值电流密度1.3微米InAs/GaAs量子点激光器的室温连续激射,解决了多年硅基光电子集成无相应光源的重大科学问题。并首次实现了SOI基砷化铟量子点激光器以及其8寸晶圆的单片集成,以及1.6T硅基光发射芯片。
