张铁林,隶属于中科院脑智卓越中心“脑认知与类脑智能国家重点实验室”,任类脑认知计算方向PI;同时兼职中科院自动化所“复杂系统认知与决策实验室”,任基础交叉研究部PI。攻关类脑脉冲神经网络模型及面向类脑芯片、脑机接口的相关应用。已在多尺度可塑性、工作记忆、认知抉择、多感觉融合、侵入式脑机接口算法、决策博弈等多项交叉学科方向开展类脑智能研究。未来将通过数学、计算、控制、物理、认知、心理等多学科的深入交叉,在复杂认知机理与类脑智能学习的基础理论、外延应用等方面实现突破。
张铁林小组十分关注新型类脑脉冲神经网络(Spiking Neural Network,SNN),提出自组织可塑性传播模型并在ANN和SNN上实现高效学习(2021,Science Advances),神经调制的类脑连续学习方法(2023,Science Advances),基于多巴胺奖赏传播的SNN高效学习方法(2021,IEEE TNNLS),基于多尺度可塑性的SNN架构体系并实现了非BP方法的合理优化(2018,AAAI、IJCAI),并将算法应用于自然语言处理(AAAI 2022)、连续动作控制(AAAI 2023)、强化学习(IEEE TCYB)等任务,并形成侵入式脑机接口专用类脑芯片。
作为主要贡献者之一参与大规模小鼠脑全脑SNN的计算仿真模拟(含7100万神经元和213脑区);完成了基于高尔基染色大鼠脑光学切片的神经元重建及分类(含250万神经元形态);承接上海市级重大专项中的高通量脑机接口SNN算法,并提出采用天然生物合理的SNN算法来高效识别、调控多尺度生物脉冲信号的新理念;参与新型SNN芯片系统的类脑软件研发。已在Science Advances、IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks、IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics、iScience、Neural Networks、Cognitive Computation、NeuroComputing、Frontiers in Neuroscience等AI期刊和AAAI、IJCAI、ICASSP等AI会议上发表高水平论文40余篇,拥有专利10余项。作为课题负责人承担科技部科技创新2030新一代人工智能旗舰项目和重点项目、中科院战略先导计划A类项目、上海脑机接口重点专项,作为项目负责人承担国家自然科学基金委项目、军委科技委项目、创新特区项目、中科院青年创新促进会人才项目,作为项目骨干参与北京市科委类脑专项、中科院战略先导计划B类项目。团队科研积累雄厚,经费充足。
