研究领域
主要从事加速器物理理论与设计研究、束流动力学实验研究等工作,研究方向包括新一代同步辐射光源物理与关键系统设计,工业应用同步辐射装置设计,上海光源运行性能提升及加速器优化改造,能量回收型加速器物理设计等。负责并完成了上海光源储存环低发射度运行模式的设计与调试,上海光源储存环聚焦结构改造设计与调试,上海光源向软X射线衍射极限光源改造加速器物理设计,以及上海光源重大性能升级改造加速器物理设计等工作。目前担任上海光源运行加速器负责人、上海光源后续线站工程加速器分总体负责人。
