研究领域

主要研究方向为海岸带多糖基生物材料,主要针对海岸带及海洋多糖的功能材料构建,包括病灶微环境响应型智能自组装纳米载药平台、食品活性保鲜包装材料、阳离子抑菌材料等,探究其尺寸效应、功能结构域分子多样性对其物化性能和生物活性的影响规律以及在医药、食品、农业、水产等领域的应用。
