运用药物化学和化学生物学等学科的技术手段发现活性分子并将其应用于化学生物学基础研究和创新药物开发,特别是针对肿瘤和代谢性疾病等疾病的新型靶点进行新分子实体发现和临床前研究。
研究方向主要为:1)恶性肿瘤、代谢性疾病等疾病的药物研发;2)生物活性工具分子的设计合成和应用研究;3)小分子药物的合成策略和工艺优化。
